58th quadrennial U.S. presidential elections are already announced. As per the 22nd amendment in the constitution, current president cannot run for the third term. So, the fate of American people is to be handed to a new President. The race for becoming the most powerful man of the free world has begun and we have seen a lot of drama so far. Republicans, Democrats and even individuals are head over heels and preparing for the D-Day – November 8, 2016.

He has been the only Republican senator to vote against authorizing the use of force in Iraq after which he left The Republican Party. He is quite a candidate to look at with his different mindsets to much conservative politicians and his pro-choice nature that makes him easily accept same-sex marriages. His election campaign ‘ Fresh Idea for America’ mirrors his thought process making him a real strong contender.

Once the First lady for 8 years and Secretary of State, the 67 year old Politician has been on the political scene since ages. With the criminal and corruption charges against her taking the centre stage, she has got all that makes a classy politician. Experience, A rich husband and lots of controversy around her. Clinton understands the psyche of America and Americans therefore has been focussing immensely on the middle class people and education sector. Her campaign ‘ This starts with you’ aims to capture the middle class voters. The Democrat will be running for the presidential elections for the Third time consecutively. Clinton appears to be American women’s favourite candidate since her declaration as presidential candidate.

A Democrat with a vision of no crime in a society, O’Malley former Governor Of Maryland is yet another real strong contender for the White House. His use of ‘Rebuild The American Dream’ ideology has been really well fused with his 6 visions. He gave out a 15 goal list to attain the American Dream, is a real complete package that deals with economy, education, middle class, crime rates, child welfare, immigration and new climate leadership. A regular supporter of Same sex marriages and immigration students for debt free studies, O’Malley really holds grasps of different demographic population. Winning nominations also seems not so difficult for 52 year old Democrat and that as a matter of fact makes him a dark horse in this race to the main seat in the Oval Office.

Sanders has been an active Congressman for 16 years and even the age of 73 posses strength to run World’s biggest Capitalist superpower. 55th Governor of New Jersey, declared himself battling against Hillary Clinton directly by calling himself ‘a leader who says what he means and means what he says’. In his election campaign the 52 year old Republican tried to go blunt as if ‘Telling like it is’ and took 5 tough issues and framed his vision around them to make America the leader again. His promises and goals revolve around Criminal Justice reforms, Entitlement Reforms, Foreign Policy, Education and Economy.

One of the youngest presidential candidates, Ted Cruz seems to be the most promising. The United States Senator of Texas is an extremely deserving candidate to be nominated. He calls himself as Courageous Conservative with motive of reigniting the promise of America. He in his electoral promises carved 9 issues that needs to be taken care of, surprisingly a list with environment considered as equally important issue as economy. The 44 year old Republican holds his head high and has shown his true spirits towards America but will he be able to win nominations? One can’t say.

Well Drake, The list had space for only 10 candidates, And that’s always gonna create a controversy on whom did I miss. And anyways the polls of 2016 are gonna be more about controversy than anything else. I think Paul was the 11th man on my list.
